Ayuda Scento+

Scento+ is Scento's optional paid membership. For €19.90 a month you receive €19.90 of store credit to spend on any fragrance, a 10% member discount on regular-priced items, and free perfume perks throughout the year. Your first month is a 30-day trial for €1.95.

You join during checkout: select the Scento+ option shown in your cart before placing an order. Every product on Scento can also be purchased without a membership — there is no subscription requirement to shop.

Each month, your €19.90 membership payment is converted into €19.90 of store credit in your Scento wallet. Credit never expires while your membership is active, and you can let it accumulate across months for a bigger order.

To spend it, open your cart and apply your available balance — it is deducted from your order total at checkout. The €1.95 trial month does not accrue credit; your first €19.90 of credit arrives with your first full monthly payment.

Scento+ members automatically receive 10% off regular-priced items at checkout — no codes needed.

The discount does not stack with prices that are already reduced: bundle boxes keep their own bundle pricing, sale items keep their sale price (you always get the better of the two, never both), and gift cards are excluded.

There is nothing to claim manually. When a Scento+ member places an order containing 8 or more items, a free 8ml Perfume of the Month with its travel case is added to the order automatically at checkout, while stocks last.

After every 6th paid month of membership, Scento automatically sends you a free 8ml Perfume of the Month with a travel case. There is nothing to redeem — the gift order is created automatically and appears in your account.

Active members receive a free 8ml Perfume of the Month with a travel case during their birthday month. Make sure your birthday is set in your account profile so we know when to celebrate you.

Skipping pauses your next billing cycle only — you keep your membership and your existing credit, and billing resumes the following month. Pausing stops billing for a longer break until a date you choose. Cancelling ends the membership entirely.

All three are available online in your account under Scento+ — no emails or phone calls needed.

Unused store credit is forfeited when your membership ends, so we recommend spending your remaining balance before confirming a cancellation. The cancellation flow shows your current balance and lets you shop with it first. While your membership stays active, credit never expires.

Your first 30 days of Scento+ cost €1.95. During the trial you get the 10% member discount on your first order, and a welcome gift — a complimentary atomizer case with an 8ml fragrance — ships with that order.

The trial month does not accrue store credit. After 30 days your membership continues at €19.90 a month, and each payment converts into €19.90 of store credit. You can cancel during the trial at any time in your account.

Earlier per-product subscriptions (one chosen perfume delivered monthly) have been converted to Scento+ memberships at renewal. Instead of one fixed perfume, your monthly payment now becomes store credit to spend on any fragrance in the catalog, alongside the 10% member discount and the free member perks.

Your exact billing amount and credit balance are shown in your account and in the Stripe billing portal. If anything about your migration does not look right, contact [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Store credit is our default remedy. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or an item in your order can't be fulfilled, contact support within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit added to your Scento account. Store credit never expires and works on anything in our catalogue.

When you return an order paid with store credit, the credit you spent is restored to your wallet balance. Cash refunds to your original payment method are limited to the cases required by law.

Scento+ membership fees, including recurring renewals, are non-refundable.
