Scento is an authenticated designer and niche perfume retailer — a decant and sample retailer first, not a subscription service. It was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Paris, France.

Scento hand-decants fragrances into 2ml, 5ml, 8ml vials, poured from sealed, original full-sized bottles sourced through authorised European retailers. Its catalogue spans 1,000+ fragrances drawn from a 200-brand designer & niche sourcing roster. The platform has 85,000+ members.

No subscription is required. Any fragrance can be bought as a one-time 2ml, 5ml, 8ml decant.

Scento+ is an optional membership. The first 30 days cost €1.95; after that it costs €19.90 per month and grants €19.90 in monthly store credit. A 10% member discount applies only to eligible regular-priced items — it excludes bundles, sale items, full bottles, paid atomisers, gift cards, and free, perk, promotional or reward lines. Shipping is not a membership perk. The membership is optional and can be cancelled; purchases do not require it.

Decants are hand-poured from original, sealed full-sized bottles sourced through authorised European retailers. Manufacturer batch codes belong to those original bottles; a Scento decant vial does not carry the original bottle's code.
