This is just really, really good. Sometimes JPG can go a little loud or flashy, but Le Beau Narcisse feels smoother and more put together. The vanilla is creamy, the tonka adds that cozy sweetness, and there’s a clean earthy touch from vetiver that keeps it from feeling basic. I love how easy it is to wear. You can dress it up, wear it casually, whatever. It has that “smells expensive” vibe without being hard to understand. On me it projects nicely for a couple hours and hangs around around 8 hours total. Zero complaints tbh. If you want something warm, attractive, and easy to recommend, this is it.

It kinda reminds me of the clean/mineral side of another Matiere Premiere, but this one is warmer and more addictive on my skin. There’s something almost crystalline about it, which sounds cheesy, but it fits. It feels luxury-store clean without being soulless. Performance is excellent too: 7-9 hours easy, and I still catch little wafts later. If you want something modern and super wearable that still smells distinct, this is a winner.
