This is sooo pretty. I get strawberry first, but not candy strawberry, more like glossy strawberry syrup over vanilla cream. The amber makes it cozy and the coffee keeps it from being too fluffy. Tbh I think people who find the original Black Opium too dark might love this. It’s softer and more fun, but still has that sexy nighttime thing. Projection is solid for the first few hours, then it sits closer but lasts forever on clothes.

Okay this might be my favorite Black Opium flanker. The green mandarin at the start makes it brighter and less heavy, then the vanilla and coffee come in super smooth. It doesn’t smell juvenile even with the strawberry, which I was worried about. It’s like a creamy fruity coffee perfume, but done in a very YSL way. Sweet, polished, and so easy to wear. I sprayed it before dinner and could still smell it when I got home.
I love this one way more than I expected. It still has that Black Opium DNA with the coffee and vanilla, but the strawberry gives it this cute pink dessert vibe without turning into body spray. It’s sweet, warm, and honestly kinda addictive. On me it lasts around 7-8 hours and I kept getting little whiffs from my scarf all day. Def more playful than the original, but still sexy enough for night out.
Atmos surprised me in the best way. I expected a basic floral vanilla, but this feels way more refined. The orange blossom opening is bright and kinda sparkling, then it melts into a soft rose and musky vanilla drydown that smells insanely good on skin. Not beast mode, but it projects enough and lasts most of the day. It’s one of those scents that just makes you feel put together. Honestly highly recommend if you want something feminine, clean, and a little dreamy.

I’m usually picky with rose because it can go sharp or grandma fast, but Atmos totally avoids that. The rose here is blended into this soft vanilla cloud, with just enough musk to make it feel clean and airy. It smells expensive but not try-hard. There’s also something slightly mysterious in the middle that I can’t place, and I think that’s what makes it addictive. Easy 5/5 for me. It’s pretty, modern, and actually lasts.
