Maremma by Tiziana Terenzi is a multi-faceted woody-floral-gourmand (floral woody musk) extrait-style composition that opens on fruity, slightly sweet top facets (blackcurrant/bergamot) with rich white floral touches (ylang-ylang, jasmine) and a distinct powdery iris. The heart adds warm, jammy/fruity persimmon and honey with a resinous oud and subtle spice (cumin), while the base settles into deep woods and gourmand elements — patchouli, creamy sandalwood, cocoa/cacao, amber and labdanum — producing a velvety, sultry, slightly bitter-sweet cocoa-woody drydown. Overall impression: powdery-floral at times, then evolving to warm, resinous, cocoa-sweet woods with strong depth and an enveloping, luxurious character.
