This is so good. Rouge Smoking Extrait takes that juicy cherry vibe and makes it smoother, darker, and way more polished than most cherry perfumes I’ve tried. I get cherry first, then this soft almond thing underneath that makes it feel creamy instead of syrupy. The pink pepper gives it a little sparkle so it never turns flat. Tbh it kinda gives me the same addictive pull as Lost Cherry, but this feels richer and more grown up on my skin. Performance is excellent too — easy 8+ hours and I still catch it on clothes the next day. If you like sweet scents but want something chic and sexy, I def recommend it.
I kept hearing about this and thought there was no way it could live up to the hype, but yeah… it kinda does. The cherry is lush, the almond is smooth, and that touch of pink pepper keeps it from becoming flat or syrupy. It gives me the same instant pleasure some people get from Delina or BR540, where you just know it’s gonna get attention, but this feels more intimate and a little moodier. Super wearable for nights out, dinners, cooler weather, whatever. Strong projection at first, then a really pretty scent bubble for hours. I’m obsessed tbh.
Easy 5 stars. This is probably my favorite thing from BDK right now. What I love most is how the cherry feels deep and glossy instead of fake, and the almond adds this soft almost powdery richness that makes the whole thing feel super luxe. It’s sweet, but not in a loud sugary way. More sensual than edible. I wore it on a cold evening and it was perfect, really warm and enveloping without choking anyone out. Lasted around 9 hours on my skin, longer on clothes. If you like cherry scents but want something more refined, this is absolutely worth trying.
I love this one way more than I expected. The extrait version feels super velvety, like the cherry has been dipped in something warm and slightly nutty. The almond is really what sells it for me. It gives that cozy, almost toasted edge without turning this into a full-on gourmand. There’s also a little pink pepper in the opening that keeps it lively for the first hour. After that it settles into this sexy cloud that feels perfect for evenings, but honestly I’d wear it whenever. Strong projection at first, then it sits closer and stays for hours. Really hard not to keep sniffing my wrist.
Okay yeah, this is a 5/5 for me. A lot of cherry fragrances go cough syrup or too candy-ish, but this one doesn’t. Here the cherry feels deep and glossy, and the almond makes it soft and a little addictive. I also notice the pink pepper in the opening, which gives it a nice kick before it melts into something warmer. It’s sweet, but not childish. Sexy, but still refined. Kinda reminds me of if a cherry perfume got dressed up for a fancy night out instead of staying playful. Lasts around 7-9 hours on me with very solid projection for the first few hours. Super easy recommend.
Usually rose-heavy stuff is not my thing, but this totally won me over. The rose here feels green and slightly spicy to me, and the leather gives it structure so it doesn’t turn into a basic floral. It’s kinda airy at first, then gets richer without becoming heavy. I love that balance. This is one of those perfumes that makes you stand straighter when you put it on. Super polished, but still interesting. I can wear it to work and also out at night, which I really appreciate. Lasts around 7-8 hours on me. Honestly one of the best modern rose scents I’ve tried.
This is such a cool rose. Not a soft powdery grandma rose at all — it feels like a fresh red rose wrapped in smooth leather with a little lime sparkle on top. I love how Memo made it smell chic without turning it too stiff or fancy. It kinda gives me the confidence vibe of something like Delina, but this is less sugary and way more sleek. On my skin the leather stays polished, never harsh, and the rose keeps everything lifted. Lasts a solid 8 hours on me with really nice projection for the first few. Easy 5 stars, I’d absolutely recommend this if you want a rose with attitude.
Love this, honestly. The rose here feels natural and fresh, not syrupy, and the suede note gives it that smooth handbag/jacket vibe without smelling rough. There’s also a subtle musk in the drydown that makes it feel really clean on skin. It’s one of those fragrances that doesn’t scream for attention but people notice when they get close. Very Parisian, very effortless. I knocked off a star only because for the price I wanted a little more wow factor or stronger projection. But the scent itself is really pretty and balanced. I’d happily wear this to dinner or at the office.
If you want a rose-leather scent that won’t bully the room, this is a good one. I get a clean rose, soft leather, and a tiny citrus sparkle up top. It feels more like a white shirt and nice shoes than a biker jacket, if that makes sense. Really easy to wear and kinda addictive in a quiet way. Not beast mode though. On me it lasts decent, maybe 6 hours, but projection is pretty calm after the opening. That’s the minor flaw. Still, I love how versatile it is. You can wear this on a date, to work, or just whenever you want something refined but not too serious.
Tbh I was ready for another overly sweet cherry bomb, but this surprised me. The almond keeps it soft and creamy, and the pink pepper stops the cherry from turning into cough syrup territory. It’s playful but still mature, which is not easy to do with cherry perfumes. I wouldn’t call it super unique if you own a lot in this genre, but it does feel more elegant than most. Performance is good too, around 6-7 hours with a nice scent bubble early on. Minor flaw: I wish the smoky edge stuck around more because that part is what makes it interesting. Still love this.
I actually like the idea more than the execution. The rose here is crisp and slightly green to my nose, and the leather stays pretty smooth, not dirty or smoky. There’s also a little lime/juniper sparkle in the opening that keeps it from feeling heavy, which I appreciated. But tbh it never becomes addictive. It kinda reminds me of those chic niche rose scents that smell expensive, then you forget about them an hour later. Not bad, not amazing, just fine. Performance was okay on me, maybe 6 hours total, but it became close to the skin pretty fast. If you want a subtle, put-together rose, sure. If you want drama, skip it.
This is so good. The cherry here isn’t that loud cough syrup type at all, it’s smoother and more grown up, and the almond gives it this soft almost creamy vibe that makes me keep smelling my wrist. I also get a little sparkle from the pink pepper in the opening which keeps it from feeling too heavy. Kinda reminds me of the idea of Lost Cherry, but less flashy and more chic. On me it lasts easily 8+ hours and the extrait concentration really shows. Super polished, sexy, and honestly one of the best cherry perfumes I’ve tried.
This one surprised me because it manages to be playful and elegant at the same time. The cherry pops right away, but the almond smooths everything out so it doesn’t go into candy territory. I get just enough pink pepper to give it some lift. Tbh a lot of cherry scents feel either too juvenile or too boozy on me, but this hits the sweet spot. It feels dressed up without being stiff. I’ve worn it out and also just around the house because it’s that comforting. Performance is excellent too, easily all day on fabric. 5/5 from me, no question.
I really like this one. It’s not a big jammy rose bomb at all, more like a smooth rose wrapped in soft suede with a little lime brightness in the opening. That contrast is what makes it interesting to me. It feels polished and expensive without trying too hard. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that I wish the leather had a bit more bite, because on my skin it stays pretty refined and never gets truly edgy. Still, super wearable and classy. Lasts around 6-7 hours on me with moderate projection. Def one of the easier Memo scents to wear.
I love this way more than I expected. Rouge Smoking Extrait takes that cherry-almond combo and makes it feel darker, richer, and way more addictive than the original. It opens with a bright little hit of pink pepper, then settles into this velvety cherry cloud that feels warm without getting sticky. It’s sweet, sure, but not childish. More like a sleek evening scent with a leather jacket vibe. Projection is definitely noticeable for the first few hours, then it sits closer but keeps going forever. Def a date night winner and one I’d actually recommend without hesitation.
I’m obsessed with this one tbh. The opening has this bright lime thing that makes the rose feel super crisp, then the leather comes in and gives it that expensive handbag vibe. It smells modern and put together without being boring. Some leather perfumes go too smoky or rough on me, but this stays smooth and really wearable. I even get a little softness underneath that keeps it from feeling cold. Performance is great too — I still catch it on my shirt the next day. If you want a rose scent that’s not overly sweet and still feels sexy, this is def worth trying.
This is pleasant, but I kept waiting for it to really do something and it never quite got there. I get a soft rose first, then this suede/leather vibe underneath with a little juniper freshness that makes it feel clean and polished. It’s def wearable and pretty elegant, just kinda safe for a Memo. Not as punchy or memorable as I expected. On my skin it lasts around 5-6 hours, with moderate projection for the first hour and then it sits closer. I don’t dislike it at all, but for the price I wanted more personality. Feels like a decent office scent if you want rose without going full powdery grandma.
This feels like the cooler older sister of a typical sweet cherry scent. I get juicy cherry first, then that slightly nutty almond comes in and makes it feel richer and smoother. There’s also a little spicy kick from the pink pepper that gives it some personality. I love this because it smells sexy without trying too hard. Not sugary, not messy, just really well put together. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars for me is the price vs originality. It’s very good, but not mind-blowing enough to call a must-have if you already own a few luxe gourmands. Still, I’d happily wear it on nights out.
This kinda surprised me. Usually leather + rose can go very dark or old-fashioned on me, but French Leather Rose stays airy and modern. I get rose first, then suede, and a crisp lime thing that keeps it from feeling heavy. It actually reminds me a little of the clean, dressed-up vibe of something like Delina, but way less sweet and way more understated. Super chic. My only minor issue is performance: it’s not weak, but it sits closer to the skin after a few hours. Still, I love how easy it is to wear. Great for daytime, meetings, or just when you want to smell put together.
I really wanted to like this because Memo usually does something interesting, but French Leather Rose just feels off on my skin. The rose comes out sharp and kinda sour, then the suede/leather vibe turns dusty instead of smooth. I also get a little lime in the opening, which sounds nice on paper, but here it makes the whole thing feel weirdly bitter and disconnected. Not cozy, not sexy, just awkward. Performance is decent enough, like 6 hours, but I kept wishing it would become softer or more blended and it never did. For the price, this feels super underwhelming and honestly a bit overpriced.
