This smells like someone with amazing taste who never has to prove it. The opening is fresh and slightly green from the artemisia, then it settles into this soft spicy-amber thing that feels incredibly smooth. I get a lot of benzoin and sandalwood in the drydown, and that part is honestly addictive. It’s warm, a little shadowy, and super comforting without being sleepy. Tbh this is what I wanted from a lot of niche spicy perfumes that ended up too sharp or too weird. Épices Volées just gets the balance right. Projection is moderate, not beast mode, but it lasts well and feels very high quality the whole way through.
This is gorgeous. I was worried the cherry would go cough syrup, but nope - it’s deep, rich, and kinda boozy feeling next to the oud. The cinnamon in the opening gives it this warm sparkle without turning it into a holiday candle. On my skin it dries down smooth and slightly leathery, which makes it feel super luxe and grown. If you like cherry scents but want something darker and more expensive-smelling than the usual sweet stuff, this is it. Not juvenile at all. Lasts easily 8+ hours on me with really solid projection for the first few hours. Def one of the best cherry perfumes I’ve tried.
This is honestly super nice. I love cherry perfumes but a lot of them go too sweet or too playful on me, and this one doesn’t. The cherry and cardamom combo gives it this spicy, slightly dry vibe, then the leather pulls it darker. It kinda reminds me of the mood of Tom Ford Lost Cherry, but less liqueur and more polished. Very sexy in a quiet way. My only complaint is that I wish the opening lasted longer, because that first hour is amazing. After that it sits a bit closer to the skin. Still def a great scent and one of the better cherry takes I’ve tried.
I love this because it doesn’t scream for attention, but it still feels incredibly special. The coriander gives it this cool aromatic kick in the opening, then the patchouli and sandalwood come through and make it creamy, dry, and really classy. Not a sweet bomb, not a loud amber monster, just beautifully controlled. If you like the idea of spice but hate when perfumes get harsh, this is so worth trying. It leans more mature than trendy stuff like BR540, but in the best way. Very chic, very grown. Lasts around 6-7 hours on me and stays elegant the whole time. Easy 5 stars.
I really like this one. The peach is obvious right away, but it’s not that sugary body spray peach at all. It gets this darker edge from the saffron and leather, which makes it feel more grown up and a little mysterious. Kinda like if a fruity scent put on a suede jacket. On my skin the blackcurrant pops for a bit too and keeps it from going flat. My only small issue is that the middle feels a touch blurry, like the fruity opening is more exciting than the drydown. Still, it wears beautifully and lasts around 6-7 hours on me with decent projection. Super chic, just not quite love-love.
Tbh this surprised me. I expected something cute and summery, but Pêche Mirage is way more polished than that. The saffron gives it this slightly warm, almost glowing edge, and the peach stays plush instead of turning tart. Then the amber comes in and everything feels smooth and expensive. It kinda reminds me of the idea of a fruity leather, but much softer and more refined than some of the louder niche stuff. I keep sniffing my wrist when I wear this. Projection is noticeable for the first few hours, then it sits closer and stays beautiful. Total 5/5 for me.
I really like this. The cherry here isn’t syrupy or playful at all, it’s darker and more grown up, especially once the leather starts showing up. The opening has a nice little cinnamon kick that makes it feel warm without turning into holiday candle territory. On me it wears smooth and classy, kinda like if a boozy cherry scent got dressed up for dinner. Minor flaw: the oud is pretty soft, so if you want a super dirty, loud oud, this probably won’t scratch that itch. Still, it smells expensive and lasts a solid 7-8 hours on my skin with decent projection for the first couple hours.
Thank god this is not another syrupy fruit bomb. I get peach first, but it’s airy and a little fuzzy, then sandalwood smooths everything out. There’s also a subtle leathery thing in the background that makes it feel more niche than designer. If you’re expecting a super bright, juicy summer peach, this may not be it. It’s softer, warmer, and a bit more dressed up. Kinda reminds me of the idea of a fruity Tom Ford, but less loud and easier to wear. My only complaint is projection isn’t huge after the first hour. Still, I’d def wear this a lot in spring and early fall.
This is gorgeous. I was scared the peach would go shampoo-y or too candy, but it doesn’t at all. On me it opens with this juicy peach and blackcurrant thing, then the suede-like leather starts peeking through and makes it feel way more grown than a typical fruity scent. It’s rich without being heavy, which is kinda hard to pull off. I love this for evenings, but honestly I’d wear it anytime I want to feel put together. Performance is really solid too, easy 7-8 hours with a soft but noticeable trail. Super classy, super addictive. Def one of the best peach fragrances I’ve tried.
I enjoyed this a lot, just don’t expect it to reinvent perfume. The blackcurrant gives the opening a tart little sparkle, then the peach turns creamy and warm with amber underneath. Very polished. Very put together. It smells like someone with great taste, not someone trying too hard for compliments. That said, I do wish the fruit lasted longer because the opening is my favorite part and the drydown gets a little too smooth/plain on me. Still a very solid 4/5. Easy to wear, classy, and sexy in a quiet way. Got around 7 hours from it, so no complaints there.
This is one of those perfumes I keep sniffing because I can’t decide if it’s comforting or kinda strange. The peach and amber combo is gorgeous though, very soft and plush, and then that leather comes in and stops it from getting too pretty-pretty. It feels expensive in a very Guerlain way. Not youthful, not playful, more polished. Tbh I love the idea a tiny bit more than the actual wear because sometimes the saffron gives me a dry, almost papery vibe. But overall it’s really good and pretty unique. Lasted most of the workday on me and sat closer to the skin after the first couple hours.
This surprised me in a good way. I thought Cherry Oud would be loud and kinda messy, but it’s actually really smooth. The cardamom and leather stand out most on me, with the cherry woven through instead of screaming for attention. That’s what I love about it. It feels balanced and mature, not like candy, not like a medicinal cherry either. There’s a polished softness to it that makes it easy to wear for a dressed-up night out. Only small downside: if you’re buying it for a huge oud statement, it’s pretty restrained. But as a warm, chic cherry scent? Yeah, this is really well done.
Tbh this is perfectly fine, just nothing special. On me the peach is soft and a little fuzzy rather than bright, and the saffron gives it that slightly trendy warm vibe you smell in a lot of newer releases. The sandalwood in the drydown is nice though — creamy, smooth, easy. I don’t hate it at all, but I also wouldn’t call it memorable or unique. Kinda feels like Guerlain playing it safe. If you want something fruity with a subtle suede/leather touch for daytime, this works. If you want a big statement perfume, skip it. Lasted about 6 hours on me with mild projection.
I wanted a lot more from this, especially at Guerlain prices. The opening is actually really nice though — I get a dark cherry with a little cinnamon spice, and for a second it feels like it might go somewhere super rich and sexy. Then the oud/leather combo comes in and it just... flattens out on my skin. Not bad, just kinda generic woody-dark territory. It smells polished and wearable, but I don’t find it very exciting or unique. Performance is decent, around 6-7 hours, with moderate projection for the first couple. Solid scent, just not one I’d reach for over other cherry fragrances.
Tbh I was expecting this to be heavier and more oud-forward, but what I get most is a spiced cherry with a smooth woody background. And I’m not mad at it. The cinnamon gives it warmth, the cherry feels deep and slightly tart, and the whole thing comes off really refined. Guerlain did that luxury thing well here. The flaw for me is performance vs price: it lasts around 6 hours, which is good, but I wanted a little more projection for something in this lane. Still, I keep reaching for it because it feels special without being too much. Great for evenings and colder weather.
I wanted to love this more than I actually do. The opening is really pretty though — I get a juicy peach with a little blackcurrant tang, and for a second it feels classy and modern. Then the leather/amber side shows up and it kinda flattens everything out on my skin. Not bad, just less exciting than I expected from Guerlain. It smells polished and easy to wear, but also a bit safe? Like a luxe peach skin scent without a real wow moment. Performance is decent, around 5-6 hours, but projection stays pretty close. Nice enough, just not something I’d reach for over other fruity-amber perfumes.
Tbh this was a letdown for me. I went in expecting something lush and creamy, but the green notes feel kinda harsh at first and then it just turns oddly dry. The tuberose never really blooms on my skin, and the vetiver/sandalwood combo gives it this stiff, slightly dusty vibe that makes it feel more serious than beautiful. There is a bit of vanilla in the background, but not enough to soften it the way I wanted. For something from Guerlain, this feels weirdly muted and overpriced. Performance isn’t awful, around 5-6 hours, but projection stays pretty close. Not terrible, just not memorable at all.
This is nice, just not amazing. I get a soft green opening with a creamy sandalwood drydown, and there’s a little vanilla in the background keeping it smooth. It feels polished and very Guerlain, but for something called Joyeuse Tubéreuse, I wanted more personality. It never really grabs me the way a great tuberose usually does. On the plus side, it’s easy to wear and doesn’t scream for attention, so I can see it working in an office. Performance is decent on me, around 5-6 hours, but projection stays pretty close. Overall, pleasant and elegant, just kinda forgettable tbh.
This is pleasant, def not terrible, but I was expecting something more bold from the name Cherry Oud. On me the cherry is there mostly in the first hour, then cardamom and a soft leather vibe take over. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and pretty easy to wear for an oud scent, which I can see being a plus if you usually find oud too intense. But tbh that’s also why it feels a little safe. It never gets weird or dramatic, and I kept waiting for a real signature moment that never came. Lasts well enough, sits closer to the skin after a while. Decent, not memorable.
I don’t dislike this at all, but I’m not in love either. To me it leans more green and woody than lush or heady, with the vetiver showing up pretty clearly and the vanilla smoothing it out later. It almost feels like a toned-down white floral for people who normally find tuberose too much. That’s both the good and bad part. It’s super wearable, never annoying, and smells refined, but it also feels a little safe. If you want something with the impact of Carnal Flower or even the instant charm of Delina, this won’t do that. Lasts okay, maybe 6 hours, then it turns into a soft skin scent.
