If you like soft musky perfumes, you need to try this. It has that clean skin thing going on, but the Casablanca lily gives it a creamy floral edge that makes it feel more special than basic white musk scents. The vanilla is subtle, just enough to warm it up. I kept sniffing my wrist all day lol. It’s not super loud, but people close to you will notice. Very classy, very effortless.
Oboro has that airy Byredo DNA, but this one feels richer and more complete. The opening is all bergamot and ginger, super fresh but with attitude, and then the amber comes in like a soft golden filter. I kept smelling my wrist like a weirdo lol. It’s not loud in a Sauvage or BR540 way, but it projects enough and leaves a really pretty trail. What I love most is how balanced it is — spicy, clean, warm, and never too much. Easily full bottle worthy for me.
This one feels very grown, but not in a stuffy way. More like minimal gold jewelry, fresh sheets, and a really good vanilla musk. I mostly get white musk and a smooth vanilla base, with Casablanca lily floating around the edges. It’s soft, yes, but it has presence. Not beast mode, and I wouldn’t want it to be. It’s the kind of perfume people notice when they’re close, which makes it feel more personal. Definitely one of the best Jo Malone releases imo.

Tbh I’m picky with Jo Malone because some of them vanish in like an hour, but Iris & White Musk really surprised me. It has that airy Jo Malone style, but with actual depth. The white musk is beautiful, the vanilla is soft and not cupcake-y, and the floral part feels smooth instead of old-fashioned. Kinda gives me the vibe of clean cashmere, polished makeup, and warm skin. Not a dupe for anything obvious, which I appreciate. It lasts most of the workday on my clothes too.
