Tbh I was expecting another generic sweet designer, but this surprised me. It has that familiar Stronger With You sweetness, but the amber and a touch of chestnut make it feel deeper and more grown. The vanilla is there too, but it’s not bakery sweet to me. More smooth and sensual than playful. Kinda reminds me of SWY Absolutely, just cleaner and a bit more refined. My girlfriend would not stop smelling my neck when I wore this, so yeah, compliment getter for sure. Performance is great too, easy 7-8 hours and noticeable without being obnoxious.
This is easily one of my favorite flankers in the Stronger With You line. It takes that cozy DNA and makes it smoother, richer, and way more addictive. I get a big warm amber vibe with vanilla in the background and a soft resinous sweetness that feels super classy. Not loud in a cheap way, just really polished and sexy. Kinda feels like something between a designer crowd pleaser and a more niche amber scent. Performance is great too, I get around 8 hours easy with really nice projection for the first few. Def a cold weather banger, but honestly I’d wear this on nights out year round.
This smells like a fancy amber dessert in the best possible way. I get a glowing amber core, creamy vanilla, and a little spice that gives it warmth without turning harsh. It’s sweet, yes, but not juvenile. More like dressed-up cozy. What I really love is how easy it is to wear for something this rich. I’ve worn it on dates, dinners, even to the office with lighter sprays and it never felt too much. It also lasts forever on clothes. If you like fragrances that feel comforting and sexy at the same time, this one absolutely delivers. Total 5/5 from me.
I really love this one. It gives me that warm, ambery cloud with vanilla in the background, but there’s also a spicy little kick that stops it from getting flat. It feels more polished than a lot of sweet amber scents in stores right now. Not BR540-style airy sweet, not boozy like some winter fragrances either, just smooth and confident. This is the kind of scent that makes you want a jacket, a cold night, and somewhere nice to go. Projects well for the first 2 hours, then sits closer but keeps going forever on clothes. Super easy recommend.
Phantom in Red surprised me big time. I was expecting something loud and gimmicky, but this actually smells really refined. The bergamot in the opening keeps it from feeling too heavy, then the benzoin comes in and makes everything creamy and warm. It kinda reminds me of the idea of BR540’s smooth ambery glow, but this goes darker and less airy. Way more sensual to me. I love this because it feels expensive without being hard to wear. Strong enough to get noticed, but not a room killer. If you like warm spicy scents with a plush finish, this is a no-brainer.
Tbh this is easily my favorite Phantom flanker. The plum note gives it this juicy richness that makes it stand out, and the amberwood keeps it modern instead of too old-school. I was worried the oud would be too much, but it’s super wearable and blended really well. This is one of those scents that feels unique without being weird. I wore it out at night and got multiple compliments, which almost never happens to me unless I’m wearing something really attention-grabbing. Lasted around 7 hours with a nice scent trail. Love this one. It’s bold, smooth, and just really satisfying.
This stuff is so good. Right away I get that saffron/plum combo and it hits this perfect sweet-dark balance without going syrupy. The oud is there, but don’t expect some super funky barnyard thing — it’s smooth and polished, which honestly makes it way easier to wear. Kinda feels like Rabanne doing something richer and more dressed up than usual. I love how the tobacco peeks out later and gives it a sexy, cozy vibe. Performance is excellent on me too, easy 8+ hours and solid projection for the first few. Def one of those fragrances that makes you keep sniffing your wrist. Easy 5/5.
I’m honestly impressed by how wearable this is. The mandarin opening gives it a nice little sparkle before the amberwood and vanilla take over. After that it turns into this smooth, warm cloud that feels sexy without trying too hard. Not harsh, not screechy, just really well blended. Some sweet fragrances get heavy on me, but this one stays controlled and kinda addictive. It leans masculine but not overly macho. Def a great fall/winter scent, though I’d still wear it on cool spring nights. Lasts around 7-8 hours on my skin. For me this is one of those rare easy recommendations.
Tbh this surprised me. I expected another super sweet designer amber bomb, but it’s actually really smooth and balanced. The amber is the star, then I get vanilla and a soft woody feel underneath that keeps it from going too sticky. It kinda reminds me of the cozy side of Grand Soir, just more approachable and easier to wear. Super comforting without being boring. Projection is strong for the first couple hours and then it sits a bit closer, but I still catch it all day. For me this is one of those scents that makes you want to keep sniffing your sleeve. Really well done.
From the first spray I was hooked. This has that sweet amber-vanilla pull that just feels addictive, but there’s also a smooth woody backbone that keeps it grounded. Nothing sharp, nothing messy, just rich and really well blended. It gives me that same easy-to-love effect people get from stuff like Layton or even a toned-down niche amber, but this feels more intimate and cozy. Not beast mode in an obnoxious way, just solid performance with a nice scent bubble for hours. Honestly, this is one of those fragrances that makes you feel put together without trying too hard. Super easy 5 stars.
Honestly, this is really nice. I usually don’t go for Rabanne when I want something darker, but this one has a rich warm vibe that works. The bergamot up top keeps it from feeling too heavy, and once the tobacco comes in with the benzoin it gets kinda smooth and addictive. It’s not super natural smelling, but I don’t mind that here. Feels polished and easy to wear. My only complaint is that it sits closer to the skin after a couple hours, so I wanted a bit more push. Still, for a designer release, this is a win. Great for dinner dates or cool nights.
I really like this one. The opening gives me a juicy plum with a little bergamot sparkle, then that saffron/oud combo starts creeping in and makes it feel darker and smoother. It’s not some super challenging oud bomb either, which I appreciate. Kinda feels like Rabanne trying to do something richer and more grown without losing the easy wear factor. Only minor issue is the drydown gets a bit synthetic on my skin, especially with the amberwood, but honestly it still smells really good. Lasts around 7 hours for me with solid projection for the first 2. Def a great cold weather scent and pretty sexy too.
I love this stuff. It keeps the sweet, cozy Stronger With You feel but the amber and vanilla make it deeper and less playful than Absolutely or Intensely. More grown up, basically. There’s this smooth spicy-resin thing running through it that makes it feel expensive, not syrupy. My girlfriend kept smelling my neck the first time I wore it, so yeah, it works. Lasted all work day and into dinner, probably 9 hours on my skin. If you like warm sweet fragrances but want something a little more elegant and less clubby, this is such an easy recommendation.
This is easily my favorite from the Stronger With You line. It opens rich and smooth, and then that amber really wraps around the vanilla in such a cozy, slightly resinous way. I also get a soft lavender touch that keeps it from feeling too heavy. Super addictive stuff. It smells expensive without trying too hard, and on my skin it lasts a solid 8-10 hours with really nice projection for the first few hours. I love this for nights out, cooler weather, or honestly anytime I want something comforting but still sexy. Def a 5/5 for me.
Tbh this is exactly what I want from a designer release: mass appealing, smooth, and still a little unique. The chestnut is what sells it for me. It gives that creamy roasted vibe under the vanilla, and the cherry up top adds just enough twist so it doesn’t feel like another basic sweet amber fragrance. If you like stuff like SWY Absolutely or even the cozy side of something like The Most Wanted, this is 100% worth trying. It feels upscale without being hard to wear. Projection is strong at first, then it sits a bit closer after a few hours. I love this one. Easy 5 stars.
I’m into this, even if it’s not perfect. The saffron and amberwood give it that glossy, slightly synthetic designer feel, and if you hate that style this probably won’t change your mind. But I think Rabanne balanced it well. There’s enough plum sweetness to keep it fun, and the oud is more of a dark texture than a real funky oud note. Kinda reminds me of the way BR540 uses saffron, just way less airy and more dense. Performance is good without being beast mode, maybe 6-8 hours on me. I love this for evenings, just not sure I’d reach for it in hot weather.
I don’t hate this. Actually the plum in the opening is pretty nice, and the benzoin gives it a soft resinous sweetness that makes it easy to wear. But tbh the oud feels super toned down, almost decorative, so if you’re expecting something rich or dark, this isn’t that. It reminds me of those mass-appeal night-out fragrances that smell good enough, get the job done, and then you forget them a week later. Not offensive, not special. I could see it working on cooler evenings, maybe casual dates, but I’m not calling it a must-try. Lasting power was decent, around 6 hours, with projection strongest in the first hour.
This surprised me tbh. I expected something louder and more aggressive, but Phantom in Red is actually pretty smooth. I get plum first, then a sweet tobacco vibe with benzoin in the background that makes it feel cozy more than smoky. It kinda reminds me of those modern woody-amber scents, but this has more personality than a lot of them. Not as addictive as my favorites and I do wish the opening lasted longer, because that fruity part is really nice. Still, it wears well and gets compliments. Super solid 4/5 from me. Not masterpiece level, but definitely one I’d wear on nights out.
Tbh this was a letdown. The opening gives me a quick hit of bergamot and plum, which sounds good on paper, but it turns weirdly syrupy and synthetic fast. The oud barely feels like real oud to me, more like a dry woody-amber blur with some tobacco stuck in the background. I kept waiting for it to get richer or darker and it just never did. Kinda feels like Rabanne trying to do a bold red scent without really committing. Performance is decent, like 6 hours on me, but the whole thing sits kinda awkwardly. Not offensive, just not that good. For the price, I expected way more character.
This is decent, just not super memorable. The opening gives me a quick hit of bergamot and saffron, then it settles into a sweet woody thing with amberwood and a little tobacco in the background. It smells fine, kinda modern-designer, but also a bit generic to my nose. Like it wants to be bold and sexy, but never really gets there. Not bad at all, just not something I’d reach for over other warm spicy scents. Performance is okay-ish too, around 5-6 hours on me with average projection. If you already own a lot of sweet woody fragrances, this probably won’t wow you.
