Speed Legends Living on the Edge has potential but falls short. The opening is nice but it quickly becomes generic and doesn't last long.
Tbh this is the kind of fragrance I wish more brands made. No sugar overload, no screechy amberwood, just gorgeous saffron and soft leather blended perfectly. It feels calm, warm, and very grown up, but not boring at all. The more it dries down, the better it gets, like suede warmed by skin. Projection is not beast mode, which I actually like here, because it makes it feel personal and classy. Super refined and totally worth sampling if you’re into leather scents.
Wow, this is stunning. Suede Ibri has that Amouage depth but it’s not overwhelming at all. The leather is smooth and slightly smoky to my nose, with saffron adding this soft spicy glow. It feels expensive but not stiff, like you could wear it dressed up or with a black sweater and still smell amazing. Performance is great too, I got a full workday out of it. It’s not a daily dumb reach for me, but when the mood hits, nothing else really does this vibe.

I wouldn’t call it a loud compliment monster, but people near you will notice, and it smells insanely good up close. It’s the kind of perfume that makes a simple outfit feel expensive. Tbh I don’t have any real complaints, it’s beautiful.
If you usually avoid tonka because it gets too syrupy, try this. Tonka Misfah is sweet, yeah, but in a refined way. The saffron cuts through it and gives it a slightly spicy, almost suede-like feel. I get zero cheap candle vibes, which is rare with tonka perfumes. It sits close after a couple hours but keeps going forever on skin. This feels more special occasion than everyday for me, but wow, when it hits, it hits. Easily one of the prettiest Amouage releases I’ve tried.
