Cosmos Flower is one of those scents where I kept sniffing my wrist. The apple and pink pepper opening is fun, almost fizzy, then it settles into benzoin and caramel and gets super cozy. Not gonna lie, I expected something louder or more dramatic, but it’s actually pretty wearable. It has that Clive Christian smoothness where nothing feels screechy or cheap. Minor flaw: for this price I wanted beast mode, and it’s more moderate on me. Still very good though, especially if you like sweet ambers that don’t go full cupcake.

I love how this balances fruity and cozy. The mandarin gives it a bright sparkle at first, then the cacao pod comes in and makes it feel deeper and kinda creamy. There’s also a soft leather touch, but it’s not harsh or smoky, just enough to keep it from being too cute. It reminds me a tiny bit of those fruity amber designer scents, but way smoother and more elegant. I wish it projected a bit more after the first hour though. Still, it smells expensive and very easy to like.
This is really pretty and super polished, like you’d expect from Clive Christian. I get a juicy apple opening with a little rum warmth, then it turns into this smooth caramel-amber thing that feels rich without being sticky. It’s sweet, but not teenage sweet. More like expensive dessert at a fancy hotel lol. My only issue is the price, because it’s gorgeous but not exactly mind-blowing for the money. Performance is solid on me, around 7 hours, with a nice soft trail. Def feels more date night than daily wear.
Cosmos Flower is nice, but for Clive Christian prices I expected way more wow. The opening is juicy with apple and mandarin, then it gets a little boozy from the rum and warmer with amber. It’s smooth and kinda elegant, but also weirdly forgettable after the first hour. I don’t hate it at all, it smells expensive and polished, just not super memorable or unique to me. Performance is decent, around 6 hours, but projection stays pretty moderate. If this was a mid-range designer I’d probably like it more, but at this price it’s a 3/5 for me.
I really wanted to like this because the notes sound so luxe, but on me it’s kinda a mess. The apple and rum opening is nice for like 5 minutes, then it turns into this sticky caramel-leather thing that feels heavy but not smooth. For Clive Christian prices I expected depth and polish, but it smells a bit muddled and weirdly synthetic on my skin. Performance is okay, maybe 6 hours, but projection drops fast after the first hour. Not awful, just super disappointing and definitely not worth the money imo.
Blonde Amber is one of those perfumes that just feels complete. I get pink pepper and ginger at first, kinda sparkling and spicy, then it melts into this deep resinous amber with labdanum and vanilla. Super smooth, no harsh edges at all. It’s not trying to be trendy like BR540 or Delina, it has its own old-money thing going on. Very unisex too, maybe slightly more masculine leaning at first but the drydown is gorgeous on anyone. Performance is beastly on clothes. If you like warm, resinous scents, this is a must try.
I love this one way more than I expected. The opening has this bright citrusy bite from the bergamot/grapefruit thing, then it turns into this insanely smooth rum and amber vibe. Kinda reminds me of a super luxury hotel bar in winter, if that makes sense lol. It’s warm and sexy but still polished, not loud or tacky. Projection is strong for the first few hours, then it sits closer but stays around all day. Expensive? yeah. But tbh it smells like it.
This is honestly stunning. Blonde Amber smells expensive in the best way, like warm amber, rum, and a little spicy cardamom wrapped in velvet. It has that Clive Christian richness without being messy or too loud. I love how the vanilla comes through later, but it never turns sugary. More like smooth, golden, slightly boozy warmth. Def a dressed-up scent for me, but I’d wear it anytime I want to feel extra. Lasts forever on my skin too, easily 10+ hours. 5/5, no question.
