Shalimar, originally created by Jacques Guerlain in 1925, is a tribute to the legendary love story between Emperor SHAHJAHAN and his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Named after ‘The Gardens of Shalimar’, it is one of the best-selling perfumes ever. The perfume is composed of citrus notes, jasmine, may rose, opoponax, Tonka bean, vanilla, iris, Peru balsam and gray amber, with the coolness of citrus leading to a floral heart and ending with a warm and luxurious trail.
