Tbh I was expecting another generic sweet designer, but this surprised me. It has that familiar Stronger With You sweetness, but the amber and a touch of chestnut make it feel deeper and more grown. The vanilla is there too, but it’s not bakery sweet to me. More smooth and sensual than playful. Kinda reminds me of SWY Absolutely, just cleaner and a bit more refined. My girlfriend would not stop smelling my neck when I wore this, so yeah, compliment getter for sure. Performance is great too, easy 7-8 hours and noticeable without being obnoxious.
I really love this one. It gives me that warm, ambery cloud with vanilla in the background, but there’s also a spicy little kick that stops it from getting flat. It feels more polished than a lot of sweet amber scents in stores right now. Not BR540-style airy sweet, not boozy like some winter fragrances either, just smooth and confident. This is the kind of scent that makes you want a jacket, a cold night, and somewhere nice to go. Projects well for the first 2 hours, then sits closer but keeps going forever on clothes. Super easy recommend.
What I love most about Phantom in Red is how easy it is to wear for something this rich. The bergamot gives it a clean lift at first, then the plum and benzoin pull it into this warm, slightly resinous sweetness that feels super comforting. It doesn’t smell harsh or screechy at all. Just smooth, confident, and really well put together. Kinda reminds me of those designer scents that try to go dark and luxurious, except this one actually lands it. Projection is strong for the first couple hours, then it sits closer but keeps going. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a sexy evening scent that still feels approachable.
I love this way more than I expected. It opens bright with bergamot and mandarin, then that smooth vanilla starts coming in and makes everything feel super polished and easy to wear. It’s not loud or try-hard, just really pretty in that effortless Armani way. Kinda has that clean expensive vibe some designer scents aim for, but this one actually nails it. On me it lasts around 6-7 hours with soft to moderate projection, which is perfect for everyday. Honestly if you want something feminine, classy, and easy to reach for without being boring, this is def worth trying.
This is so good. The plum hits me first and gives it this juicy dark sweetness, then the saffron and oud pull it into that rich red/black vibe without getting too heavy. Kinda reminds me of the whole designer-trying-to-be-luxury thing, except this actually works. It smells expensive and a little dangerous in the best way. I love that it’s bold but still wearable, not just loud for no reason. Performance is great too, easy 7-8 hours on me with really solid projection for the first few hours. Def one of the best Rabanne releases I’ve tried. If you want something sexy and a bit different, this is a no-brainer.
Phantom in Red surprised me big time. I was expecting something loud and gimmicky, but this actually smells really refined. The bergamot in the opening keeps it from feeling too heavy, then the benzoin comes in and makes everything creamy and warm. It kinda reminds me of the idea of BR540’s smooth ambery glow, but this goes darker and less airy. Way more sensual to me. I love this because it feels expensive without being hard to wear. Strong enough to get noticed, but not a room killer. If you like warm spicy scents with a plush finish, this is a no-brainer.
Tbh this is easily my favorite Phantom flanker. The plum note gives it this juicy richness that makes it stand out, and the amberwood keeps it modern instead of too old-school. I was worried the oud would be too much, but it’s super wearable and blended really well. This is one of those scents that feels unique without being weird. I wore it out at night and got multiple compliments, which almost never happens to me unless I’m wearing something really attention-grabbing. Lasted around 7 hours with a nice scent trail. Love this one. It’s bold, smooth, and just really satisfying.
This is such an easy 5 stars for me. The opening has a little sparkle from lemon and bergamot, but what I really love is how quickly it melts into this soft vanilla-patchouli base. It feels creamy, smooth, and a little sexy without being heavy. If Delina is the dressed-up friend, this is the one in a silk blouse who still looks expensive doing nothing lol. I’ve worn it to work, brunch, and dinner and it never feels out of place. Lasts about 7 hours on my skin, longer on clothes. Super wearable, but still special enough that I keep coming back to it.
Tbh this might be my favorite Si flanker. The blackcurrant gives it that juicy little pop up top, but it never turns screechy. Then the patchouli shows up just enough to keep the sweetness grounded. Really balanced. It kinda reminds me of the original Si, just softer, creamier, and more modern. I keep getting whiffs of it on my sweater and it smells amazing hours later. Not beast mode, but definitely noticeable for the first few hours and then it sits closer to the skin. For me this is one of those perfumes that makes you feel put together without even trying.
I can’t say this reinvented anything, but I do enjoy it a lot. The mandarin and blackcurrant opening is juicy and pretty, and then it dries down into a soft vanilla-patchouli combo that feels very Armani: classy, feminine, a little creamy. It’s the type of scent that gets compliments because it smells good without trying too hard. Super wearable. That said, if you’re looking for something weird or instantly recognizable, this ain’t it. It sits in that polished designer lane, which can feel a bit safe. Still, I keep reaching for it because it just works and doesn’t give me a headache.
I really like this one. It opens a little sparkly with bergamot and mandarin, then the vanilla comes in and makes it feel smooth and kinda cozy without turning sugary. The patchouli in the base gives it just enough depth so it doesn’t smell too basic. To me it has that clean, dressed-up Armani vibe, like something you can wear to brunch or the office and still feel pretty. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is performance — I get around 5-6 hours and the projection sits pretty close after the first hour. Still, super easy to wear and def one of those perfumes that makes you feel put together.
I wanted more from this one. The blackcurrant and black pepper in the opening sounded really interesting, but on my skin they don't do much before the fragrance turns into a smooth, slightly sweet vanilla cloud. It's pleasant, feminine, and super easy to wear, but also a bit safe. Kinda reminds me of those modern fruity-floral designer scents that try to feel luxe without really standing out. Not bad at all, just not special for the price. Projection is moderate at first, then it sits close. I'd call it decent for daytime or a casual dinner, but definitely not something I'd reach for when I want compliments.
I’m honestly obsessed with this one. On my skin the saffron and benzoin are the stars, with that little touch of tobacco in the background making it feel super smooth and addictive. It has that warm, dressed-up energy that makes you want to keep smelling your wrist all night. Not really fresh, not really playful, just confident. Tbh it gives me the same sort of instant pull I got from BR540 the first time, but this goes darker and more masculine. Lasts really well and leaves a nice scent trail without choking people out. Easy 5/5 for me. This is date-night material for sure.
This is really nice, just not super memorable. I get a bright lemon/bergamot thing at first, then it settles into a soft vanilla with a little blackcurrant bite in the background. It’s feminine, smooth, and very easy to like. Kinda reminds me of some designer fruity-floral-gourmand hybrids, but this one feels more toned down and less loud than something like Delina. I love that it never gets screechy or overly sweet. My small complaint is that it plays it safe, so if you want something bold or super unique, this probably won’t do it. But for everyday wear? Honestly, it’s lovely.
This stuff is so good. Right away I get that saffron/plum combo and it hits this perfect sweet-dark balance without going syrupy. The oud is there, but don’t expect some super funky barnyard thing — it’s smooth and polished, which honestly makes it way easier to wear. Kinda feels like Rabanne doing something richer and more dressed up than usual. I love how the tobacco peeks out later and gives it a sexy, cozy vibe. Performance is excellent on me too, easy 8+ hours and solid projection for the first few. Def one of those fragrances that makes you keep sniffing your wrist. Easy 5/5.
Tbh this surprised me. I was expecting something louder, but Si Nude Bloom is more of a soft, warm skin scent on me. The black pepper gives the opening a tiny kick, then the vanilla and patchouli smooth everything out in a really sexy, understated way. Not beast mode at all, and I’m actually fine with that because it feels intimate. This is the kind of perfume someone notices when they hug you, not from across the room. I love that about it. Minor flaw: I wish the opening lasted longer because that spicy-citrus part is gorgeous. Still, I’d totally wear this on a date.
I’m obsessed with the opening here. That saffron comes through fast and gives it this slightly leathery, spicy glow, and then the tobacco in the drydown makes it feel deeper and way more addictive. It’s warm, sexy, and kinda mysterious without becoming too dense. Not gonna lie, this feels more niche-inspired than I expected from Rabanne. There’s a sweetness in the background, but it never turns sticky. Just smooth all the way through. I’d wear this mostly in cooler weather or at night, but if you keep the sprays low it’s still very manageable. Really impressive release and absolutely worth checking out.
Rabanne really surprised me here. The bergamot opening gives it a quick sparkle, but the real magic is when the amberwood and oud start showing up. It turns smooth, deep, and kinda glossy, like a designer scent that actually has some character. I love this because it feels polished without being boring. You can dress it up, wear it out, whatever. It doesn’t smell cheap or overly synthetic to me either, which was my only worry going in. Projection is strong at first, then it settles nicely and sticks around most of the day. Super easy recommend if you want something modern, sexy, and a little more grown.
This is nice, just not memorable. I get a soft citrus opening from the bergamot and mandarin, then it settles into a slightly sweet vanilla-patchouli thing that feels clean and polished. Easy to wear, easy to like. But tbh it also feels a little generic, like I've smelled this vibe a bunch of times already in designer releases. Not offensive at all, which is a plus for work, but it never really gives me that wow moment. Performance is decent on me, around 5-6 hours, with fairly close projection after the first hour. I'd use it for everyday stuff, but I wouldn't run out to repurchase.
Tbh this was a letdown for me. I was hoping for something soft and addictive, but Si Nude Bloom just feels confused. The opening has a nice little burst of bergamot and mandarin orange, then it quickly turns into this flat, kinda synthetic vanilla-patchouli thing that never really blooms. It’s not awful, just really underwhelming and way less elegant than I expected from Armani. On my skin it also sits super close, like after an hour I had to press my nose to my wrist to find it. For the price, I wanted more personality and way better performance. This one feels forgettable, and I wouldn't reach for it over the original Si.
