This could totally be a signature if your style leans grown-up and refined. I get bergamot at first, then a warm spicy heart with cinnamon and this resinous labdanum thing that feels really smooth. Nothing harsh, nothing cheap, just very well blended. It has presence without screaming across the room, which I actually prefer. Reminds me a little of those classy spicy-amber scents, but with more depth and better materials. It’s expensive, sure, but I can’t even complain because it smells and performs like a luxury fragrance should.
Tbh this surprised me because I expected something heavier and more old-school, but Decision 42 Man feels pretty modern. The cardamom is beautiful here, kinda creamy and spicy, and the cedarwood gives it this clean structure. It’s rich but not suffocating, which is hard to pull off. I wouldn’t call it a blind buy because Amouage prices are no joke, but the quality is obvious. It smells natural, blended, and expensive from start to finish. Easily full bottle worthy for me.
This one is sexy in a quiet confident way. Not a loud clubbing fragrance, more like nice shirt, low lighting, expensive cocktail vibes. The vanilla is smooth and not sweet like candy, and the patchouli gives it a darker edge that I really like. Pink pepper keeps it from getting too cozy or sleepy. My partner immediately noticed it and asked what I was wearing, so yeah, it works lol. Lasted basically all night on my skin and even longer on clothes. Super highly recommend if you like warm spicy scents.

It doesn’t feel like a typical fresh spicy designer scent at all, more like a dressed-up version of something familiar. If Jubilation is too heavy for you, this might be easier to wear but still has that Amouage richness. Projection is strong but not obnoxious. Honestly 5/5, this smells like someone who has their life together.
This is seriously gorgeous. I get a big cardamom and pink pepper opening, super lively but not screechy, then it smooths out into this warm vanilla/cedar thing that smells expensive without trying too hard. Very Amouage in the best way, like classy but still wearable. It has that rich niche feel, but I could honestly wear it to dinner, work, whatever. Performance is great on me too, easily 8+ hours with solid projection for the first few. Def one of those scents where you keep smelling your wrist.
Wow. This is one of the few perfumes where I smelled it and immediately understood the hype. The calvados gives it this boozy fruitiness at first, then the patchouli and incense make it dark and sophisticated. It’s not playful, it’s grown grown. I’d compare the vibe more to Memoir Woman than Delina or anything sweet and pretty. Very niche, very bold, but still wearable if you like intense perfumes. On me it lasts forever and leaves a beautiful trail. Easily one of Amouage’s best.
This is one of those perfumes that makes you understand the price a little more. The blend is so smooth. I get saffron, polished leather, and a dark oud that never turns dirty or screechy. It has serious presence but doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard. Compared to BR540, this is way darker and more grown-up, less sweet cloud and more elegant black coat energy. Performance is beast mode on my skin, but still classy. Highly recommend if you want something special.
This is not a cute little clean-girl scent, and that’s exactly why I love it. Overture 41 Woman is rich, dramatic, and super layered. I get a lot of labdanum and leather, with just enough vanilla to make it smooth instead of rough. It smells like confidence, money, and maybe a little trouble lol. The drydown is my favorite part because it turns deeper and warmer as the hours go by. Definitely expensive, but honestly it smells expensive too, so I’m not mad.
