This smells like JPG decided to stop playing and make something genuinely luxurious. The bitter orange is juicy but bitter enough to feel grown-up, not sweet or candy-like. Then it dries down into this smooth, earthy woody scent with cypriol that feels kinda mysterious. I love that it’s strong without becoming headachey. On my skin it lasts 7-9 hours and the drydown is honestly addictive. Not an everyday dumb reach, but when you want to smell dressed up and different, it’s perfect.
This is gorgeous. The bitter orange is what makes it for me, because it stops the whole thing from becoming too heavy or old-school. After 20 minutes it gets warmer and drier, kinda earthy from the cypriol, but still smooth. I’d wear this with a black coat, cold weather, dinner out, that whole vibe. Projection is strong but not obnoxious, which I really appreciate. It smells niche tbh, not like a typical designer oud trying too hard.

It’s not a barnyard oud at all, more like elegant French tailoring with a smoky edge. Honestly feels expensive and confident without screaming. Lasted around 8 hours on me and I kept catching little whiffs all day. Def one of the best JPG releases if you like darker scents.
5 stars easily. Odéon Rosebud has that Memo Paris richness but it’s not heavy or overly niche-weird. The pink pepper opening is bright and kinda playful, then the cashmeran makes it creamy and warm. I get a soft musky drydown that feels super intimate but still noticeable. It’s one of those perfumes that makes people lean in instead of backing away. Not as dramatic as Delina or as sweet as BR540, just smoother and more refined. I’d wear this year-round honestly.
Odéon Rosebud is one of those scents that smells simple at first, then you keep sniffing your wrist like wait… this is actually amazing. I get bergamot and pink pepper right away, very fizzy and bright, then it melts into soft cashmeran. It’s polished but still cozy. Not a beast mode monster, which I actually like, but people near you will notice. Reminds me a tiny bit of the effortless vibe of Another 13, but warmer and prettier. Absolutely beautiful.
This smells like expensive cashmere to me. Warm, soft, slightly sweet, with tonka and patchouli doing most of the work. The patchouli is super clean, so if you hate the damp earthy kind, don’t worry. I wouldn’t call it beast mode, but it lasts a good while and leaves a really nice trail for the first few hours. It kinda reminds me of those smooth niche vanillas that aren’t trying too hard. I love it, just wish the price matched the excitement level a little more.
I really like this one. Patchouli Gourmand is sweet, but not cupcake sweet. The vanilla and patchouli combo feels dark and smooth, kinda like a fancy dessert in a wood-paneled lounge lol. There’s a little peppery sparkle at the start that keeps it from being too heavy. Performance is solid on my skin, around 7 hours, but projection is moderate. I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, because it’s not wildly unique, but it smells very high quality and easy to wear.
French Oud gives me dressed-up blazer energy without trying too hard. The bitter orange is the best part for me, kinda bright and dry, then it melts into this woody cypriol base that feels smooth and slightly mysterious. Not really like the super sweet designer ouds out there, and thankfully not a BR540 clone either. It’s more restrained. I’d give it a 4 because it smells great, but I don’t think it’s super unique if you already own a few clean oud/woody scents. Performance is solid though, no complaints there.

Still, I’d happily wear this a lot, especially spring/fall.
I’m picky with oud scents because a lot of them go too medicinal on me, but this one is amazing. Performance is excellent too, easily all day on clothes. If JPG keeps doing stuff like this, I’m in trouble.
This smells like someone with perfect hair and a quiet luxury coat lol. The musk is so smooth and the apricot gives it this soft fruity glow without turning sweet like shampoo. I was worried about patchouli because I hate when it gets dirty, but here it’s just grounding everything. Super wearable for work, brunch, dates, whatever. It’s not screaming for attention, but it smells very intentional and luxe. On me it lasts most of the day, especially on a scarf. Big yes.

Honestly I expected something thicker and more edible, but this leans more elegant than full-on gourmand to me. I get creamy sandalwood, a soft vanilla sweetness, and a clean patchouli that doesn’t feel dirty at all. It’s pretty unisex too, not too sweet or too woody. I’d wear this to dinner or when I want to smell put together without screaming. Minor complaint: the citrus opening is nice but disappears fast, and I wish it had a little more character in the drydown. Still, very pretty and wearable.

I was scared the patchouli would go full earthy hippie shop, but it’s actually wrapped in vanilla and tonka so it feels cozy, creamy, and expensive. The mandarin in the opening gives it a little brightness before it settles into that warm sweet base. I love how polished it smells, very Fragrance Du Bois vibes. My only issue is it’s not super loud on me after the first couple hours, more of a soft bubble. Still really good though, def a classy gourmand.
Tbh this surprised me. I thought it would be heavier, but it’s actually pretty fresh in the beginning from the bitter orange. After that it gets dry and woody, with cypriol doing most of the work. It has that slightly earthy oud feeling without being funky, so even people who hate oud might tolerate this. I really love how clean and modern it smells. The only downside is it can feel a tiny bit flat in the drydown, like it needs one warmer note to round it out. Still, very good and easy to reach for.
This is a really nice “gateway oud” imo. Don’t expect some huge smoky monster oud, it’s more smooth, dry and slightly spicy from the cypriol. The bitter orange up top keeps it fresh enough so it doesn’t feel heavy or old-school. I love that balance, especially for cooler evenings. It does sit closer after a couple hours, which is the minor flaw for me because the opening is so good I wish it stayed louder. Still very classy and def date night material.

It’s not a beast, and if you love huge projection you might be disappointed, but it lasts decently on clothes. 4 stars because it’s lovely, just not super memorable.
