This smells like fall nights, leather chairs, and someone with excellent taste. I’m obsessed. The Peru balsam gives it this soft resinous sweetness, while the tobacco keeps it mature and rich. It’s not a playful scent, more confident and dressed-up. I wouldn’t wear it to the gym or anything casual, but for evenings it’s stunning. Lasts all day on clothes and leaves a really nice trail. If you like bold warm scents, this is an easy 5/5.
This is the kind of scent I keep smelling on my sleeve all day. It’s warm, deep, and kinda mysterious without trying too hard. I get mostly tobacco and patchouli, but it’s not dirty hippie patchouli at all, more polished and dark. The drydown is amazing, like expensive wooden furniture in a dim lounge. Sounds dramatic lol but that’s the vibe. Performance is excellent on me, and it feels very signature-worthy if you like darker perfumes.
I love this one. The tobacco is rich but not as syrupy as Tobacco Vanille, and that’s what makes it so wearable for me. There’s this slightly bitter orange at the start that keeps it from feeling too heavy, then it gets darker and smoother with the Peru balsam. Super cozy but still sexy. Definitely not an everyday office scent for me, more of a night out or nice dinner vibe. Projection is strong without choking people out.
Tbh I usually find Byredo a little too quiet for the price, but Future Memories is stunning. It has that airy musky DNA, but the galbanum and vanilla make it way more interesting. Green, creamy, clean, slightly sweet… it all blends together so nicely. Nothing screams, but everything feels polished. I’d wear this to work, on a date, literally anywhere. Performance is better than a lot of Byredo too, around 7 hours on my skin and still on clothes the next day. Really beautiful stuff.
This smells so classy. Like not sweet-girly, not fresh-clean, but warm, dark, and super put together. The leather and amber combo is my favorite part because it makes the oud feel round and wearable instead of sharp. I kept sniffing my wrist all day. It’s one of those scents that feels more special occasion than everyday, but honestly I’d wear it whenever I wanted to feel amazing. Lasting power is way better than most Jo Malone on me too.
Yeah this smells like a private lounge with leather chairs, orange peel in an old fashioned, and someone smoking expensive tobacco. I get mostly tobacco and akigalawood, with that slightly spicy-woody edge Tom Ford does a lot. It’s not as loud as Tobacco Vanille and definitely less sweet, which I actually love. Feels smoother and easier to wear, especially at night. Projection is moderate, not beast mode, but people near you will notice. Taking off one star because the drydown gets a little flat on my skin after a while.

Performance is solid too, around 7 hours with decent projection for the first couple. My only issue is I wish it had a little more richness or actual cocoa sweetness.
I’m into this, but I can see it being polarizing. The aldehydes are very noticeable at first, almost metallic-clean, and the blackcurrant gives this tart fruity edge that makes it feel less basic. After that it gets smoother with musk and a creamy sweetness. Not super sweet vanilla cupcake vibes, more like vanilla cream in the background. It has that expensive Byredo airiness, which I love, but yeah, it’s not a compliment bomb. More for you than everyone around you. Lasted about 7 hours but stayed pretty close.
Tbh I thought this would be another overly heavy Tom Ford tobacco bomb, but nope, it’s balanced so well. The orange gives it a bright kick at first, then the tobacco and Ambrofix make it warm and super smooth. It has that sweet-ish cozy feeling without turning into dessert. I wore it to dinner and got asked what I was wearing twice, so yeah, it works. Not cheap obviously, but this actually smells premium enough to justify the hype for me.

Future Memories smells like a memory of a perfume, in the best way. I get creamy liqueur and musk mostly, with this soft aldehydic shimmer on top. It’s cozy but not heavy, sweet but not sticky. Kinda reminds me of those clean musky scents like Glossier You or Another 13, but smoother and more dressed up. There’s something slightly boozy and plush that makes it feel expensive. I wore it to dinner and got two compliments, which honestly surprised me because it feels pretty intimate.

If you like rose-oud style perfumes but want something less heavy than the usual oud bombs, this is perfect. I mostly get smooth oud, soft leather, and a little patchouli warmth underneath. It feels rich but not suffocating, which is hard to pull off with notes like this. My partner immediately noticed it and said it smelled “fancy but sexy,” so yeah, compliment getter for sure. It’s pricey, obviously, but this one actually feels worth it to me.
Tbh this shocked me because I usually find Jo Malone a bit too soft for the price, but Rose & Oud Leather actually performs. The oud is deep and smooth, the amber is cozy, and the leather gives it this sexy edge without making it too masculine. It reminds me a little of those luxe Middle Eastern rose-oud scents, but cleaner and easier to wear. Not loud beast mode, but people will smell you. I’d absolutely wear this in fall or winter nonstop.

I thought Tobacco Chocolat would be thick, syrupy, almost dessert-like, but it’s more dry tobacco and balsamic woods with a little orange brightness up top. Honestly I prefer that because it feels grown up and not cloying. The Peru balsam gives it this soft resinous warmth that makes it feel expensive. It sits closer after a few hours but lasts on clothes forever. Not a blind buy imo, because if you want gourmand chocolate you might be disappointed.
