At first I thought this was just another citrus cologne, but it grew on me. The basil gives it this slightly green, peppery twist that makes it more interesting than plain lemon water. The vetiver is soft, not smoky or dirty, just a clean dry base. I do wish it had a bit more character in the drydown because after a while it turns into a nice white musk skin scent. Still, I love wearing it after a shower or on casual days. Not groundbreaking, just really well done.
If you’re coming here for a dark oud bomb, you might be disappointed. I barely get oud vibes, more like woody amber with leather and a citrusy top. But tbh I still enjoy it a lot. The clementine opening is bright and classy, then it dries down into this soft, slightly smoky leather thing that feels super wearable. It’s not as bold as something like Oud Satin Mood or other big oud scents, but it’s much easier to wear. Minor flaw: a little too polite for the price.
Nerolia Vetiver is such an easy reach in summer. It has that sunny citrus opening, a bit bitter from the petitgrain, then the vetiver makes it feel dry and clean instead of sweet. I love that it’s unisex leaning, not overly floral or sugary at all. If you like super sweet perfumes, this might feel boring, but for me it’s exactly the kind of refreshing scent I want when it’s hot and sticky outside. Projection is light to moderate, so don’t expect beast mode. Very Guerlain, very natural-smelling.

Overture 41 Woman is so extra in the best way. The cinnamon and vanilla are rich and warm, but the incense keeps it from turning into a basic gourmand. It has that Amouage depth where every hour it shifts a little, like one minute spicy, then smoky, then leathery-sweet. I love that it feels feminine without being pretty or delicate. More queen energy than princess energy lol. Projection is strong, so I’d def go easy on sprays. If you like bold perfumes that enter the room before you do, this is incredible.
This is insanely good. I get that boozy Calvados right away, like warm apple brandy, but then the leather and frankincense come in and make it feel super expensive and dramatic. It’s sweet, smoky, a little spicy, but never messy. Honestly smells like walking into a fancy old hotel bar in winter wearing the best coat you own. Performance is huge on me too, easily all day and still on clothes the next morning. Not an everyday dumb reach, but for nights out or cold weather? Absolute 10/10.

Cedro Virtuoso is nice in that polished Acqua di Parma way, but it doesn’t really wow me. Oud Ambrosia is decent, but I was expecting more from the name tbh. The opening is actually pretty nice with that blood orange/clementine thing going on, kinda juicy but not too sweet. Performance is okay, around 5-6 hours, projection is moderate. It smells classy, just not super memorable or worth chasing unless you already love this style.
This is nice in that easy Guerlain Aqua Allegoria way, but I can’t say it wowed me. It lasts forever, like 12+ hours, and I only need two sprays. Definitely not a safe blind buy because it’s intense, but if you love bold Amouage-style perfumes, this is elite.
