Are the perfumes authentic?

Our scents are 100% authentic. We never sell fake or inspired-by scents. We decant from original full-sized bottles sourced through authorised European retailers. It is better for the environment too – our smart cases reduce waste by 80% compared to traditional perfume packaging.

What brands are available on Scento?

We offer over 1,000 authentic designer and niche fragrances. We stock Tom Ford, Creed, Amouage, Dior, Byredo, and more. We buy the official original bottles, so you can be sure you are getting the real scent, not a copy.

How much perfume do I get and how long does it last?

Our 8ml vials give you 120 sprays (30-45 days of use). It is the exact same perfume you find in stores, just in a smaller size. We decant it from the full bottle so you can try it risk-free. Smaller test sizes of 2ml and 5ml are also available.

How does the Scento+ membership work and what does it cost?

Scento+ is an optional membership at €19.90 per month, and that amount comes back to you as store credit every month to spend on any decant. There are no long contracts — you can pause or cancel anytime in 30 seconds. Every product on Scento can also be bought one-time without a membership.

Why is it so cheap?

We don't pay for celebrity marketing or fancy glass bottles. We buy the authentic designer bottle, remove the liquid, and decant it into fresh glass spray vials. You get the exact same scent, but you skip the "hype tax."

How fast is delivery and where do we ship?

Orders are handled in 0–1 business day. Tracked transit to 26 supported European countries typically takes 1–5 business days; timing depends on the destination. Availability and rates depend on the delivery country and order value. We send a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

How is Scento+ different from perfume subscription boxes?

Scento is a perfume decant and sample retailer, and Scento+ is an optional paid membership with monthly store credit and member savings. Other services often sell 'copies' or small sprays. We decant the 100% authentic original perfume. We offer the largest catalog in Europe (1,000+ niche and designer fragrances), decanted into a machined-aluminium travel case. You get the real deal, not a fake version.

How do I cancel my Scento+ membership if I need to?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. No phone calls, no questions asked, and no waiting. It takes less than 30 seconds.
