So, I gave L’Ambre des Merveilles a shot based on all the hype, but it’s just okay for me. It smells nice—like a softer, sweeter version of some other ambers out there—but I wish it had more kick. It kinda reminds me of a light version of Delina. The longevity isn't amazing, either. It’s pleasant, but not a must-have in my collection.
Les Sables Roses is just perfect! The oud is there but blends so well with the spicy notes of black pepper. It feels both warm and sophisticated. I wore it to a dinner party, and it was a hit! it lasts about 8 hours on my skin, which is awesome. Def gonna repurchase!
