Delete your Scento account
You can ask us to delete your Scento account and the personal data linked to it at any time, with or without the app installed. No sign-in is needed on this page.
In the Scento app
- Open the Scento app and sign in.
- Go to Account, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Send us an email and our team takes care of the rest.
- Email [email protected] from the email address of your Scento account.
- Use the subject "Delete my account". A message is optional.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your name, email address, delivery addresses and phone number
- Your scent profile, favourites and saved preferences
- Saved payment methods and marketing preferences
Order and invoice records that we must keep for tax and accounting stay on file, separated from your profile, for as long as the law requires.
Our team reviews each request, including any open orders, and processes it within 30 days. We confirm by email once it is done.
