If you like sweet fruity scents but hate when they smell cheap, try this. Absolutely Blooming has that juicy raspberry opening that feels playful, but the white musk keeps everything smooth and kinda elegant. It’s not a groundbreaking niche perfume or anything, but it’s done SO well. I’ve worn this to work, dates, dinners, random errands, and it always feels right. Projection is noticeable without choking people out, which I appreciate. It reminds me of the pink, flirty cousin of Delina, but softer and easier to wear.
Tbh this might be my favorite For Her flanker. It has that smooth, musky Narciso DNA, but the peach adds this pretty plushness that makes it feel more modern to me. I don’t get a juicy fruity perfume, more like peach-colored suede if that makes sense. The vanilla in the drydown is chef’s kiss. It’s polished enough for work but sexy enough for night, which is rare. Lasts all day on my skin without turning screechy.
This is stunning. I expected something louder because of the “Intense” name, but it’s more deep and velvety than shouty. The vanilla is gorgeous here, warm but not cupcake at all, and the vetiver keeps it from becoming too sweet. It smells like clean skin after a fancy lotion, but richer. I wore it to dinner and got two compliments, which almost never happens with my quieter scents. Projection is moderate, but the longevity is amazing on clothes.

Def one of those perfumes that smells expensive without trying too hard.

There’s a little pink pepper sparkle in the opening that keeps it from being too heavy. It smells expensive and polished, like something you’d wear with gold jewelry and a black dress. Lasts around 7-8 hours on me and gets compliments every time. Def one of the best D&G releases imo.
Absolutely Blooming is basically the fun cousin in the Miss Dior line. I get lots of tart pomegranate and raspberry, with a soft musky drydown that makes it feel cleaner than expected. It’s sweet, but not childish to me. Kinda reminds me of those fruity designer scents from the 2010s, but smoother and more Dior. My only issue is that it doesn’t change much after the opening, so if you want complexity, meh. Still, I reach for it a lot.

For Her Intense surprised me because I expected something heavier, but it’s actually really smooth. The peach is soft and not shampoo-ish, and the vanilla adds this warm skin scent thing that’s honestly kinda addictive. It reminds me of the original For Her but rounder and less sharp. Not a beast mode perfume though, so don’t expect Delina-level projection or anything. It sits closer after the first hour, which I personally like. I took off one star because I wish the drydown had a bit more character, but overall it’s lovely.

Tbh this is exactly what I wanted from a “gold” perfume. It smells warm, shiny, a little fruity, and very luxurious. The mandarin opening is fresh for like 10 minutes, then the plum and musk come through and it gets so smooth. I don’t find it juvenile at all even with the sweetness. It’s more grown, cozy-glam, like a winter date night scent but I’d wear it anytime. Not beast mode, but definitely noticeable and leaves a really pretty trail.

Why don’t more people talk about this?? The opening is bright from the mandarin, then it turns into this creamy plum-vanilla thing that smells rich but not old-fashioned. Patchouli is there but thankfully not dirty or overpowering, just gives it some depth. I wore it to dinner and got asked what I had on before we even sat down lol. It feels designer in the best way: easy to love, pretty, and memorable. I’d buy a backup bottle for sure.

This smells like a golden bottle should smell, honestly. Smooth, sweet, a little fruity, with that mandarin popping at first before the vanilla and musk take over. It’s not super unique, so if you have a lot of sweet designer perfumes this may feel familiar, but it’s done really nicely. I could see wearing this to work, brunch, date night, basically anytime in cooler weather. The patchouli is there but not dirty or heavy, thank god. Nice longevity, soft projection, very likeable.
