The pink pepper in this is what saves it for me. Without that, I think the plum and vanilla could’ve gone a bit too soft and predictable, but the spice gives it some lift. It’s feminine, warm, and kinda flirty without being loud. I wore it out and got one compliment, so there’s that lol. Not a beast mode fragrance at all, but I actually like that because it doesn’t choke people out. I’d give it a solid 4/5, just wish the opening lasted longer.
This is very pretty and easy to wear. I get mostly plum and white musk after the opening, with a soft vanilla drydown that makes it feel creamy. It kinda reminds me of those modern designer sweet musks, but more polished and less screechy. I wouldn’t call it groundbreaking, but it smells expensive and honestly crowd-pleasing. My only complaint is the performance is just okay for an intense version. Projection is moderate at best, but it does leave a nice little scent bubble for a few hours.
I really like this one. It opens with that juicy mandarin thing, then pretty quickly turns into a warm vanilla-plum scent with a little pink pepper sparkle. It feels dressed up but not too serious, like something I’d wear to dinner when I don’t wanna think too hard. It’s sweet, but not cupcake sweet, more smooth and kinda sexy. Only flaw for me is it doesn’t project as much as the “Intense” name made me expect. Lasts around 6-ish hours on my skin, mostly close after the first hour.
Tbh I expected this to be overhyped because of the price, but nope… it’s stunning. The peach is soft and golden, not syrupy, and the sandalwood gives it this creamy, almost cashmere feel. I don’t get anything sharp or messy here, just smooth luxury from start to finish. It’s feminine without being sugary, mature without being old-fashioned. On my skin it lasts all day with moderate projection. If you like elegant fruity-amber scents, this is a must sniff.
I love that this has fruit without smelling like a teenage body spray. The pineapple and apricot are juicy but smooth, and there’s this warm amber underneath that makes it feel super classy. It kinda reminds me of those big vintage feminine perfumes, but cleaner and more modern. Projection is noticeable for the first few hours then settles closer, which I actually like. It’s gorgeous, feminine, and very put together. Honestly one of the few ultra-expensive perfumes that actually smells ultra-expensive to me.
This smells expensive in the best way. I get this bright bergamot and peach at first, then it melts into creamy sandalwood and soft vanilla. It’s not loud in a screechy way, just super polished and elegant. Like the perfume version of wearing a silk blouse and looking effortlessly put together. Lasts easily 8+ hours on me and I kept catching little whiffs all day. Def a special occasion scent, but honestly I’d wear it whenever I want to feel rich lol.
This one just makes me happy. I mostly get lotus, rose water, and that soft sandalwood drydown, and it feels so fresh without being sharp. It’s perfect in warm weather because it never turns sticky or cloying. Some fresh perfumes disappear in 20 minutes, but this actually hangs around and smells better as it dries down. It’s classy but not stiff, clean but not basic. I’d wear this to work, brunch, vacation, literally anywhere. Easily one of the best fresh florals ever made imo.
This is my ideal fresh floral. The freesia and melon combo could sound weird or dated, but here it’s so crisp and watery in the best way. It reminds me of stepping out of a shower in a fancy hotel with clean white towels everywhere. Not sweet, not powdery, not heavy. Just fresh, clear, and kinda serene. I get compliments from people who usually hate perfume, which says a lot. It’s office safe but still pretty enough for dinner. 5/5, I’d always keep a bottle around.
Green Stravaganza is honestly one of my favorite Valentinos now. It has that sharp Calabrian bergamot pop right away, but the vetiver keeps it classy instead of smelling like basic lemonade cologne. There’s something in the middle that feels smooth and slightly aromatic, and it makes the whole thing feel more grown up. I’d wear this over most fresh designers because it has style. Great projection early on, then it sits closer but still hangs around. Highly recommend.
Tbh I thought this would be another generic flanker, but nope, this is excellent. The bergamot is super fresh in the opening, almost fizzy, and the vetiver gives it that green masculine backbone. No. 1 Feminine is such a boss-lady scent to me, but not in a harsh way. The lemon opening is sparkling and fresh, then the plum and vanilla come in and make it plush and smooth. I wore this to dinner and got asked what I was wearing twice, so yeah, it performs. It has that rich Clive Christian vibe where everything feels blended and expensive. Not trying to be trendy like Delina or BR540, it’s more timeless. Absolutely beautiful.
L'Eau d'Issey is one of those perfumes that doesn’t need to shout. The opening is bright and watery, then the rose and musk settle into this clean skin scent that smells polished and effortless. It kinda gives minimalist white shirt, silver jewelry, no-makeup makeup energy. I get why some people might call it simple, but to me that’s the beauty of it. It’s balanced perfectly and never feels too much. Lasts around 6 hours on me with a soft but noticeable aura. Absolutely gorgeous.
Tbh this is the aquatic floral that so many perfumes try to be and don’t quite nail. The calone is definitely there, but it doesn’t go cheap or screechy on my skin. It’s like cool water, soft rose, and a little clean musk underneath. Very 90s in concept maybe, but honestly it smells way more timeless than dated to me. I wouldn’t call it sexy in a loud way, more like quietly stunning. Projection is moderate but the longevity is solid. If you like clean elegant scents, this is a must try.
