Cherry oud done right

This is exactly what I wanted from the name. Cherry up front, oud in the background, and just enough cinnamon warmth to tie it together. No medicinal weirdness, no screechy synthetic cherry, no barnyard oud drama. Just smooth, dark, slightly spicy goodness. I love how it starts plush and fruity, then slowly turns more resinous and sensual on skin. It feels unisex to me too, which is a big plus. Definitely not an everyday dumb reach for me, but when I want something rich and memorable, this is perfect. Lasting power is really strong and the trail is noticeable for hours.

Soft but so addictive

Tbh this surprised me. I expected a big dramatic tuberose, but Joyeuse Tubéreuse is much more controlled and creamy. The vanilla is subtle, not sugary, and the vetiver underneath gives it just enough dryness so it doesn’t feel too plush. That contrast is exactly why I’m obsessed. It smells expensive in a very effortless way, like silk instead of sequins. I also love that it works in daytime and at night, which isn’t always true for tuberose perfumes. Performance is really nice too — around 6 hours with a soft halo. Not beast mode, but honestly it doesn’t need to be.

Luxury in a bottle

Cherry Oud is gorgeous, full stop. What I really like is how the cherry never goes childish or candy-like. The leather gives it this smooth, almost smoky edge, and the oud is present but really well behaved, so don’t expect some super funky barnyard thing. It actually reminds me a little of Lost Cherry’s darker, more mature cousin, but way more put together and less fleeting. This one feels elegant and sensual at the same time. I’ve gotten great wear from it too, around 8 hours with a nice scent trail. Pricey, yeah, but the smell is so good I kinda get it.

Creamy green magic

I love this stuff. It opens really green on me, almost crisp, then the tuberose comes in creamy and smooth instead of loud or bubblegummy. The vanilla in the base is what makes it special though — it softens everything without turning it into dessert. Guerlain really nailed that polished, expensive feel here. It’s floral, but not in a fussy way. More like elegant skin with great taste. Lasts a solid 7-8 hours on me and leaves this soft sandalwood trail that keeps pulling me back in. If you want tuberose but hate when it gets too heavy or indolic, this is such an easy 5/5.

Dark cherry done right

This is sooo good. I was expecting a gimmicky boozy cherry, but Guerlain made it feel rich and polished instead. The cherry is deep and slightly tart, then the oud and leather come in and make it darker and super addictive. It kinda gives me the same luxurious mood as some Tom Ford private blends, but smoother and less loud. On my skin it lasts easily 8+ hours and the projection is strong for the first few. Honestly one of the best cherry scents I’ve tried because it doesn’t turn syrupy or cheap. If you want a sexy, dressed-up cherry with real depth, I def recommend this.

Warm, fruity, insanely chic

Okay yeah, this is beautiful. The peach here isn’t shampoo-y or candy-like, thank god. It feels plush and slightly suede-like once the amber and leather start showing up, and that combo is just chef’s kiss. There’s something almost mirage-like about it, soft around the edges but still very present. I get why people call some Guerlains elegant, because this really has that vibe without smelling old-fashioned. It wears close-ish after a few hours, but the scent itself sticks around a long time on me, like most of the workday. I’d wear this on a date, to dinner, or honestly whenever I want to feel expensive. Def highly recommended.

Refined, creamy, and worth it

Some tuberose perfumes try way too hard. This one doesn’t. It feels calm, refined, and incredibly well blended. I mostly get green notes in the opening, then creamy tuberose with a soft vanilla glow underneath. No harsh edges, no plasticky sunscreen vibe, none of that. Just smooth floral goodness. It kinda gives me the same polished mood as some of the exclusive Chanel florals, but with that unmistakable Guerlain warmth. I’d wear this to a wedding, a nice lunch, even the office if I spray lightly. Lasting power is very solid on my skin, around 7 hours. Pricey, yeah, but honestly it smells worth it.

Creamy green tuberose

I really like this one. It’s not a loud, bubblegummy tuberose at all — the green notes keep it feeling polished and a little restrained, and then the vanilla and sandalwood smooth everything out. Super classy in that Guerlain way. It kinda gives me the vibe of a white floral dressed in beige cashmere, if that makes sense. My only small issue is that I wish it had a bit more sparkle or lift in the opening, because it stays pretty composed the whole time. Still, it smells expensive and easy to wear. Lasts around 6-7 hours on me with soft to moderate projection.

Peach done the luxe way

This is gorgeous. I was half expecting a juicy peach bomb, but Guerlain made it way more polished than that. On me the peach is soft and velvety, then that little saffron twist comes in and gives it this warm, slightly golden feel. The leather in the drydown is super smooth, not harsh at all, just enough to keep it from going too sugary. It feels expensive in the best way. Kinda reminds me of some fruity niche scents, but this is more refined and less loud. Lasts around 7-8 hours on me with really nice projection for the first couple. Easy 5 stars, I’d def recommend it if you want something elegant but still addictive.

Not a diva tuberose

If you want a huge indolic tuberose moment, this probably won’t do it. But if you want something creamy, green, and super wearable, this is really good. I get the green notes right away, then a soft sandalwood base that makes the whole thing feel smooth and almost airy. It’s more understated than a lot of white florals and honestly that’s what I love about it. Kinda smells like someone with perfect taste who never oversprays. My only complaint is that it sits closer to the skin after a couple hours, so I use extra sprays. Still very pretty and easy to come back to.

Soft peach, big obsession

I love this way more than I expected. The opening gives me peach with a tart blackcurrant touch, which keeps it from feeling basic or overly sweet. Then it turns creamy and woody on my skin, and that part is seriously addictive. It’s not a loud clubbing scent, more like rich, confident, put-together energy. Tbh this is one of those perfumes that makes me keep smelling my wrist all day. It doesn’t really remind me of Delina or BR540 at all, which I appreciate because it has its own thing going on. Performance is really solid too, around 6-7 hours and still noticeable. Super wearable, but still feels special.

Creamy green perfection

This is gorgeous. I was expecting something louder because of the name, but on me it’s this super polished tuberose wrapped in creamy sandalwood with a fresh green edge that keeps it from going too sweet. The vanilla is there, but it’s smooth and quiet, not cupcake at all. It feels expensive in that very Guerlain way. What I love most is how balanced it is. White florals can go screechy or overly indolic on me, and this never does. It stays elegant the whole wear and easily lasts 7-8 hours with a soft but noticeable trail. If you like tuberose but want something refined instead of tropical-bomb, I def recommend this.

A polished white floral

This one is just beautiful. The tuberose feels airy and creamy at the same time, and the green opening stops it from going too sweet or too dense. Then the sandalwood comes in and makes everything feel smooth and expensive. I get why people call some florals old-school, but this doesn’t go there at all. It’s classic Guerlain but still modern enough that I could wear it anywhere. I’ve gotten a few compliments with this too, mostly from people saying I smell really elegant and put together. For me it’s the definition of understated sexy. Easy 5 stars, no question.

Soft but very chic

This is one of those perfumes I didn’t fully get on first spray, then suddenly I was obsessed. The vetiver underneath the tuberose gives it a slightly dry, almost tailored feel, and the vanilla keeps it from going too sharp or old-school. It’s not Delina-level attention grabbing and def not beast mode, but that’s kinda why I enjoy it. It feels intimate and expensive instead of showy. I love this for daytime or work because it smells put together without trying too hard. Minor flaw: projection is a little too polite for the price. But the scent itself is really beautiful.

Not your typical cherry

What I really love here is that the cherry feels dark and almost dried rather than bright candy-like. The leather in the base is beautiful and gives it this sleek, tailored vibe, while the cardamom keeps the top from feeling flat. It’s one of those perfumes that makes you stand a little straighter when you wear it. Very refined, but still fun. If Delina is all pink satin, this is more like a black velvet jacket. It projects well without choking anyone out and stays on my clothes forever. Honestly, for a cherry-oud combo, this is blended so smoothly. Nothing sticks out in a harsh way.

Quiet luxury tuberose

This is the kind of perfume that doesn’t scream for attention but still feels insanely luxurious. The green notes up top keep the tuberose fresh, and then that creamy sandalwood-vetiver base gives it this clean, grounded vibe. Kinda reminds me of the idea of Carnal Flower, but way softer and more refined, less sharp. I wore it to dinner and kept smelling my wrist all night. Super classy, super wearable, and never went screechy on my skin. Projection is moderate for the first couple hours, then it sits closer, which I actually like. Def one of the prettiest white florals Guerlain has done.

Soft luxe tuberose

I love this more every time I wear it. It kinda reminds me of those rich creamy white florals, but less dramatic than Carnal Flower and way more serene. The green notes in the opening are beautiful, then the tuberose gets velvety with a really pretty vanilla base. There’s also a subtle vetiver touch that keeps everything grounded. Tbh this just smells classy. Not trendy, not trying to be BR540-adjacent, just timeless and really well done. Projection is moderate on me for the first couple hours, then it sits closer to the skin but still lingers all day on clothes. Super easy 5 stars from me.

Spicy cherry magic

I love this. The opening with cinnamon and cardamom is stunning, like warm spiced fruit without smelling like a candle. Then that cherry keeps peeking through while the base gets woodier and more mysterious. It feels confident, expensive, and very Guerlain in that super refined way. Tbh I don’t even need to overthink the note breakdown here because it just smells amazing as a whole. This is the kind of perfume that makes you keep sniffing your sleeve all day. Performance is excellent on me, around 7-9 hours easy. Not really an everyday casual scent for me, but for nights out or cold weather? Perfect.

Refined and comforting

Tbh this feels like tuberose for people who usually think tuberose is too much. Guerlain made it feel refined, slightly green, and cozy at the same time. The vanilla is there, but it’s not sugary at all — more like a soft cushion under the floral and vetiver. I love how natural it comes across compared to some modern white florals that smell super synthetic or screechy. It’s not unforgettable in the first five minutes, and I can see some people finding it a bit too quiet, but on skin it develops beautifully. I get around 7 hours, and it’s perfect when I want to smell elegant without making a whole statement.

Wanted more from this oud

Kinda disappointed with this one tbh. I was hoping for something rich and smooth, but the opening feels weirdly fizzy from the aldehydes, then it goes into a sharp geranium/neroli thing that never really settles. The oud is there, but it doesn’t feel deep or luxurious to me, more dry and slightly scratchy. For a Guerlain with oud in the name, I expected way more character. It also wears closer to the skin than I wanted after the first hour, so it’s not even giving beast mode to make up for the awkward scent profile. Not awful, just really underwhelming and a bit overpriced for what it is.
