I really like Havana Tonka, but I don’t think it’s a beast mode gourmand if that’s what you’re after. The pink pepper opening is bright and a little fizzy, then it melts into tonka and benzoin. It feels polished, like Byredo took a boozy dessert idea and made it minimalist. I love that it’s sweet but not sticky. That said, for the price I kinda wanted more depth and better projection. It stays pretty close after the first hour. Still very good, just not mind blowing.
This is honestly really nice. I was expecting a full-on sugar bomb from the crème brûlée note, but it’s smoother and more grown up than that. The rum gives it this warm boozy thing without smelling like a cocktail spilled on your shirt. Tonka is def the star for me, creamy and cozy. My only issue is it gets a little flat after a few hours, like the sparkle disappears. Still, super wearable and kinda sexy in a quiet way. Lasts around 6-7 hours on me, projection is moderate.

Def unisex and wearable, maybe good for the office if you go light. Lasting power was average on me, nothing beast mode. Cute, but I wouldn’t rush to buy a full bottle.
This is decent, just not super memorable on me. I get a warm rum and crème brûlée thing at first, which sounds amazing, but it kinda flattens out pretty quickly into sweet tonka and soft musk. It’s cozy and easy to wear, not too loud, but I wanted more depth or some actual Havana atmosphere lol. Performance is okay, around 5-6 hours, projection is pretty close after the first hour. I’d wear it in colder weather, but for the price I don’t think it’s a must-have.
Melodica is one of those scents that just makes you smell put together. The lemon opening is crisp and a little zesty, then the red currant comes in with this tart fruity pop. What I really love is the ambroxan base because it keeps everything modern and glowy instead of turning into a basic fruit cocktail. It feels expensive without trying too hard. I wore it to dinner and could still smell it on my shirt the next morning. Def full bottle worthy if you like clean fruity niche scents.
This is gorgeous. If you like fruity perfumes but hate when they go sticky or cheap, try Melodica. The lychee is bright and smooth, and the vanilla in the drydown is so soft and pretty. It kinda gives me the same addictive vibe I get from Delina, but less rosy and more clean-musky. Very polished, very wearable, but still interesting enough to feel special. Projection isn’t beast mode, but people definitely notice it when you’re nearby. Total compliment getter for me.

It’s fresh but still has enough sweetness to feel sexy. Lasted around 7-8 hours on me with a nice soft trail. Honestly one of the easiest Xerjoffs to wear.

The tonka doesn’t feel creamy enough, and the patchouli gives it this slightly muddy edge I don’t enjoy. For Byredo prices, I expected way more polish. Performance is okay-ish, maybe 5-6 hours, but projection gets quiet fast. Not awful, just super underwhelming.

This was a 5/5 for me right away. The angelica makes the opening a little green and airy, then it melts into this gorgeous vanilla-opoponax warmth. I expected something heavy, but it’s actually balanced really well. Sweet, resinous, slightly spicy, and super addictive. It doesn’t remind me directly of Delina or BR540, which is nice because it feels like its own thing. Projection is strong for the first few hours, then it settles closer but still lasts all day. Beautiful stuff.

Hold Me Closer is creamy and warm, but the tonka and frankincense make it feel deeper and more mysterious. Kinda gives me date night energy, but I’d still wear it during the day because it’s so smooth. It smells intimate but polished, like you didn’t try too hard and still smell amazing. Lasting power is very Nishane lol, it hangs around forever on clothes.

I do think the ambroxan gives it a slightly synthetic edge, but not enough to ruin it. Very good, just not a 5 star masterpiece.
