I wanted to love Forever Wanted Elixir, but it’s a bit too sweet for my taste. I can pick up some sweet notes and a warm base, but it starts to feel cloying after a few hours. It does last a long time, but the projection isn't massive, so you have to really get in close for people to notice. Not my favorite, but I can see the appeal!
Seriously, Foconero is like a warm hug in a bottle. The blend is super smooth, and there's a cozy depth that's just perfect for fall. It kinda reminds me of a softer, more elegant version of something like Tom Ford's Noir. Lasts pretty much all day, too, with a nice subtle projection that isn’t overpowering.
