This is such a beautiful scent. The vanilla here isn’t cupcake sweet, it’s more smooth and polished, mixed with cedarwood and a soft spicy cinnamon vibe. It kinda reminds me of those rich niche ambers, but brighter and more wearable. I could see this working in fall, winter, even cool spring nights. Projection is strong for the first few hours then settles into this gorgeous warm bubble. Tbh if you like classy sweet-woody scents, sample this ASAP.
Gibeon smells like money, but in a soft cozy way. I get creamy sandalwood, a little sweet tonka, and this airy neroli floating over everything. It’s elegant but not stiff, kinda like something you’d wear to dinner when you want to smell amazing but not like you tried too hard. The balance is crazy good. Sweet, woody, fresh, warm… all at once. Performance is excellent on me too, not beast mode annoying, just perfectly present.
I honestly love this one way more than I expected. The neroli opens bright and clean, but then the cinnamon and vanilla come in and make it feel super warm and addictive. It’s not your typical fresh citrusy thing at all, it has this plush Xerjoff richness that feels expensive without screaming. On my skin it lasts easily 8+ hours and leaves a really nice trail. Def one of those perfumes where people ask what you’re wearing.
This one kinda surprised me because I expected just another citrus cologne, but the mineral notes make it more interesting. It has this salty, breezy vibe that reminds me of standing near rocks by the ocean, not a sweet beach resort scent. The bergamot is fresh and clean, and the driftwood keeps it from smelling too sharp. Projection is soft, so don’t expect people across the room to notice it, but up close it’s gorgeous. 4 stars because I love the vibe, just wish it lasted longer.
At first I was like okay, cute sweet scent, but the drydown is where it got me. The vanilla and musk blend so nicely and the pistachio stays in the background giving it this soft nutty creaminess. It’s not super edible or heavy, which I appreciate. More classy than cozy hoodie gourmand. I do think the opening fades a bit fast and I wanted the pistachio to be louder, but overall it’s really addictive. My boyfriend noticed it when hugging me, so it’s more intimate than room-filling.
I really like this, but you have to be into quiet fragrances. Sea Salt & Bergamot is not trying to be a compliment beast or anything dramatic. I mostly get airy bergamot, mineral notes, and a soft mossy drydown. It smells expensive in that simple Jo Malone way, like linen shirts and good skincare. I do wish it had a bit more depth because after a few hours it gets very faint on me. Still, for hot weather or work, it’s honestly lovely.
I really like this one. The pistachio comes through creamy and slightly roasted, not that fake bakery pistachio syrup vibe. Then the caramel and vanilla make it super cozy without going full cupcake. It feels expensive and smooth, which I expected from Fragrance Du Bois tbh. My only issue is I wish it had a little more lift because after the first hour it sits closer to skin on me. Still lasts around 6-7 hours though, just not a beast. Def a cute gourmand if you want something sweet but not childish.
I love how balanced this is. The cinnamon could’ve gone full holiday candle, but it doesn’t. It just adds a little warmth to the vanilla and cedarwood, and the whole thing smells clean, slightly sweet, and very smooth. My partner said it smells “expensive but not loud,” which is honestly accurate. I wouldn’t call it a compliment monster, but it’s super pleasant and hard to dislike. The price is the only thing that makes me pause, because for Xerjoff I wanted a little more wow factor.
Gibeon has that smooth luxury thing Xerjoff does really well. I get a clean neroli opening, then it turns into this musky vanilla with woods underneath. It’s not super unique in the way some Xerjoffs are, but it’s blended so nicely that I don’t really care. Kinda reminds me of a dressed-up everyday scent, something you could wear to dinner or to the office and still feel put together. Projection is moderate on me, not a room filler. Solid 4/5, just wish it had a bit more personality.
Tbh I was ready to roll my eyes because the name sounds like another heavy sweet tobacco scent, but this is gorgeous. It’s warm and dense, but the orange keeps it from feeling flat, and the akigalawood gives it this spicy woody edge that I’m obsessed with. It smells expensive without trying too hard. I wouldn’t wear it in summer heat, but fall/winter nights? perfect. Performance is strong but not nuclear, which I actually like. Easily full bottle worthy.
Sea Salt & Bergamot is one of those perfumes I’d wear when I don’t want to think too hard. It’s fresh, slightly salty, and very polished. The moss in the drydown gives it a nice green edge, which keeps it from being boring. It doesn’t remind me of Wood Sage & Sea Salt exactly, but it lives in the same clean coastal family. Tbh it’s a little overpriced for the longevity, because on my skin it’s mostly gone by lunch. But while it lasts, I love it.
This is very pretty and easy to wear. I get caramel, a smooth vanilla base, and a little floral tartness from the hibiscus that keeps it from being too dense. It’s sweet, but not obnoxious, which is rare because caramel scents can get sticky real quick on me. I wouldn’t call it super unique, but it feels well blended and expensive. If you like gentle gourmands with a clean musky finish, you’ll probably enjoy this. Projection is decent for the first couple hours then calms down. 4/5 for me, just missing that wow factor.
This smells like a polished pistachio dessert, but not in a loud Kayali Yum Pistachio way. Pistache x Kaaze is smoother, more musky, and kinda airy from the hibiscus. I love that it’s sweet but still wearable, like you could wear it to dinner and not smell like you spilled caramel sauce on yourself. The caramel is there but controlled. Performance is solid on my skin, maybe 7 hours, with moderate projection. Minor flaw is the price… it’s nice, but I’d def sample first because it’s not wildly groundbreaking.

Minor flaw: it can get a little too creamy/sweet if I overspray, so 2-3 sprays is enough. Not beast mode, but it lasts well on clothes.

Lasts maybe 4-5 hrs on me if I really spray. Nice for summer or the office, just not special enough for the price tbh.

This is one of those perfumes that makes you stand up straighter lol. Tobacco Chocolat smells rich, dark, and super smooth without being loud in an annoying way. The patchouli is there but clean, not earthy basement patchouli, and the tobacco is just beautiful. I wore it to dinner and got two compliments, which basically never happens to me. Longevity is excellent, around 9 hours, and it leaves a really nice trail. Expensive? yeah. Worth it? honestly yes.
If you’re expecting candy chocolate, nope. This is much more grown up and expensive smelling. I get a slightly bitter tobacco with smooth amber-wood vibes from the Ambrofix, and the orange at the start is so good, like a tiny splash of brightness before it turns smoky and warm. It kinda reminds me of the vibe of Tobacco Vanille, but less sugary and more polished. Def 5/5 for me. Not an everyday dumb reach, but when it fits, it REALLY fits.
